I used to be the one among those people who tend to overthinking about something and I still be but not worse like before. Just who the hell can actually dodge "the overthinking" even if you running a miles from it, it will always coming back to you like a boomerang. It all depend on how you control your thoughts.
if you do not take problems too seriously then every problem you face will not make your life a misery. so please take it easy.
Yup. Take it easy, that is what i always do and very much thank you to someone who blooming the positive vibe in me, ever since he came into my life many things has changed - the way i think and the way i react to a situation. Being able to control my own thoughts is really is amazing and i feel so alive. I'd like to talk more about him on my blog..someday 🥰
A long back conversation with him.
Him : why you wrote like we have a problem?
Me : but it ain't about us.
Him : i know but others, they don't know and its not good for us.
Me : so you want me to delete it?
Him : its up to you. should you delete or should you put, think wisely.
the other conversation.
Me three days after i messed things up: hey i am sorry about the other day.
Him : nahh..its okay. i'm good just overcome the way you thinking jak 😝
Let me tell ya something. Started a fight with someone about something and turned-out to be nothing but overthinking is really embarrassing. Feel like i wanted to kill myself hahaha. Maybe its true what they said about something bad or worse must happened to you in order for you to learn the lessons 😅
So here i would like to share on how i managed to control my overthinking. Not a long explanation but short and easy for you to understand.
- Having fun by reading, watching movie, anime - Spending more time for reading and watching fictional movie or anime. Why fiction? Because this genre is lack of typical drama but fun in a funny ways and when having fun i'll be happy and when am happy - positive thought taking over the negative vibe in my head.
- Taking a break from socmed - Obviously spending more time in social media is not good for our mental health so of course i need a break from it and normally i took one day off in a week and believe it or not in a day i spend less than hour scrolling FB, IG etc. Not really sure how i did it but i did it. What i can tell am getting bored scrolling or getting know what happen with another person's life, their activities whatsoever.
- Never take anything too seriously - Like i stated earlier i don't take anything too seriously especially my problems. Relax ja sudahh. No matter how long it took stay positive because every problem has a solution so just take it easy. Eventually all will be fine.
- Try not to get affected by every quotes i read - Quotes is good but every person has a different thoughts, they way we thinking is not the same even if it comes to the same result. I don't know if you realize but some quote giving a positive thoughts but some leaving a negative one while some quotes has both positive and negative vibes so gotta make sure my mind processed it wisely.
- Stop being over curious - Because curious will make me overthinking so i set my mind to believe that not everything i ought to know. If it is really my concern or someone do something bad behind my back i believe sooner or later i'll get to know the truth without me trying hard to find out.
That's all for my latest update. Take care and don't forget to make someone smile today because making someone happy can actually feel good even if you don't feel so good yourself. Chill and relax, life is too short for overthinking so don't let your mind full of chaos. Good day!
Point no.1 is true. I seldom watch anything heavy or something sad, be it on TV, youtube, cinema, etc. I prefer something that could cheer me up, lift my mood and most importantly, does not stress me up. Why bother watching something dark and stressful and affect your emotional feeling (exception to any good movie worth to watch). Movie, anime, etc is for entertainment. So anything that does not entertain me, is off the book.
ReplyDeletetrue indeed. movie that can boost our happier mood is worth watching compare to da exact opposite one but it depends also, if da person can handle it better than it should b ok for them to watch emotional movie 😃
DeleteI am not an overthinker but I tend to do that when my self-esteem is at a low scale, it kinds of sucks whenever that happen

ReplyDeleteaww..thats so sweet of u. u too take care shida^^
DeleteYes, can't avoid conflict, but can resolve it & learn from it. Sometimes, we can't help but overthink bcos we care. In my situation, best thing to do when I start to overthink is to think from the other person's perspective and to find out the reason behind the behaviour. And I always remind myself to never hate a person, just dislike the behaviour. Then I will feel happier.
ReplyDeletecompletely agree with u. stay safe n take care ya!
Deletecan't avoid overthinking. Sometimes memang susah but selalu buat sibuk untuk tidak overthinking.
