Yo! 

How are you, good? Because I'm feeling better. Day by day am getting stronger, mentally and physically. Ohh wait, getting stronger physically only make it sound like a vampire, ain't ya? Because a vampire, the longer they live the stronger they'll become but I ain't one. I'm just a person who trying to live my life despite all "the distraction".


It's been few days i recover from fever, not completely well though. I still coughing and got flu symptom. The problem is cough trigger my fever and it also the last thing that will go away and often lasts for 2-3 weeks. Pretty annoying actually 🙄


A Combination of Ginger, Black Pepper & Honey to Relief Cough | My colleague suggested me this home remedy for fast recovery and another one she ask me to try is gargle with salt water. As you already know ginger and black pepper loaded with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties that can promote our health and beauty. According to few site I've read black pepper is said to be good for digestion and prevent cancer by detoxifying the body. It also help prevent or delay the damaging effect of free radicals that can cause inflammation, premature aging and respiratory disease while ginger can help to fight infection, reduce muscle pain and soreness, cancer and may lower cholesterol level. A ginger benefits is pretty much same as black pepper. You may google for more information.


How does it taste? Hmm awful hahaha kidding. Taste is good i think. Yeah. If you are fan of herbs you will like it and honey make it taste more more more better. And for those who would like to lose wight you might wanna try this remedy for fast result and a little effort. Give it a try!

    Usually I mixed hot water with ginger and honey only.
    Maybe I will try incorporate black pepper.

  12. Madu tu dah biasa makan dan suka. Blackpepper pun okay lagi nak telan. Tapi bab halia tu, aduhaii tak tertelan rasanya kalau fiza. Tapi kalau dah ini ubat yang berkesan boleh juga iktiar cuba kan. Semoga kembali sembuh. Aaminn

  13. i also in process recovering from fever , i dont cough but this flu wont leave me alone also with ulser in my mouth . salt water ? would be last option :( . thank god theres honey in the ingredient , ginger itself , not all can bear with the taste . good suggestion btw worth to try :)
